I've stayed with Norm because I find that he's just so personable and he's not intimidating. And that was one of the things I felt right from the get go. When you go meet with Norm, you're just having real life conversations and you're learning along the way. He's educating but giving real life examples and he's just so approachable and it's not anything that I would have expected from working with a financial advisor.
